This place is like Cheers, they all greet you by name and treat you like family. I think the part I appreciated the most is that they pushed me, in a caring way, to work as hard as I could to recover the parts of my body that needed it. At the conclusion of my treatment we performed all the test that were done during my initial assessment to see how far along I have come. They reviewed my progress and offered an e-mail address should I have any questions or need any future help. Their service should be the gold standard.

I was hoping my Dr. would send me to a chiropractor because I didn't really want to do physical therapy, since I've had bad experiences in the past. But. Brockton Physical Therapy is an exception to that, there staff and therapist really try helping, especially with there pressure point massages, my sciatica pain is alleviated every appointment. Thank you!

Brockton Physical Therapy is AMAZING! I was involved in a serious auto accident and was referred to a different facility, whose therapists left me to my own accord to do the exercises. (There are only so many times that one can repeat the same exercise in an hour visit). They were more interested in shoving me out the door than my health needs. Twelve visits didn’t result in much progress. Very frustrating for me. I finally decided to look elsewhere and pay as a cash patient. Best decision! I began seeing good results after a few visits. I am treated as a valued patient instead of merely a number. The therapists work with me for as long as it takes, and they truly have healing hands! The staff is so congenial and welcoming and help you to realize that you’re in good hands. I could go on all day about how wonderful Brockton Physical Therapy is. I wish I could more eloquently convey what a great decision it is to use their services. Our health is so worth it to choose quality care. A great fringe benefit is that their rates are very reasonable, and so I am getting more for less! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place and their services!

DR. DESPAIN AND Therapist Abby were absolutely amazing. I felt heard, understood, and really taken care of when voicing my pain and concerns. I highly recommend I am absolutely satisfied. I feel much better physically do to the care they have for their patients. Thank you so much to the staff as well!!

All I would like to say is that I love coming to this place ! Everyone is always so kind and friendly Kim at the front desk will greet me every time I go and will check me in right away as soon as I walk in (she memorized my name quickly in a short period of time). Michelle and Sarah are amazing I have been doing my physical therapy with them and I have seen results already, and I love the massage from after my session. I always feel welcomed and leave happy!🤍

Fabulous staff and physicians!! Not only are they friendly, they know their stuff and helped me go from no grip in my right hand to almost full mobility and usage - I couldn’t believe that I was able to make an almost complete recovery. Everyone here has wonderful energy and makes patients feel comfortable, which is so important as we all strive towards health. I couldn’t recommend Brockton PT more, they turned what would have been an overwhelming, stressful and painful process into an appointment I looked forward to!

I am going in for my third session today and although I’m still new, I really like my PT Hailey who is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I always have homework and I hope that I can make progress. Everyone else working here seems to be nice as well. Will update in a few weeks.

I am so incredibly thankful for Brockton Physical Therapy, but especially for Hailee. Pelvic floor therapy was something totally new and honestly a little intimidating for me, but Hailee made me feel safe, supported, and truly cared for from day one. Words can't even describe how grateful I am that she was the one guiding me through this journey. She taught me helpful techniques, supported me through the challenges I faced after my hysterectomy, and helped me navigate chronic health issues with so much patience and compassion. I have never felt so genuinely heard and cared for by a provider. Her kindness and expertise made such a huge difference in my healing. All of the staff at Brockton have been wonderful as well, and I'm just so grateful that this is where I ended up for my care. I truly feel blessed to have worked with Hailee and to have had such a positive experience here.
